“The Greening” took first place in the 2026 Just Earth Cincinnati poetry competition in partnership with the Cincinnati Public Library. It was published in the Just Earth “Are We at the Brink?” poetry anthology.
“Banyan Song” took third place in the 2021 Hawker Prize for Southeast Asian Poetry. It’s an honor to be recognized for this piece and I am grateful to be sharing the award with my nominating editor, Esther Vincent Xueming of the Tiger Moth Review. You can read the winning poem here.
